New Era Technology understood Zespri’s vision of having flexible room design and ensured the set-up would cater for this.
New Era’s contributions included audiovisual solutions for the meeting rooms where different stakeholders globally join meetings.
Systems and technology included microphones, cameras, speakers, transmitters and a Q-SYS ecosystem. Total device counts included 18 speakers, 10 microphones, 2 Q-SYS Integrated Core Processors, 4 cameras and 6 Q-SYS Bridges.
The room is designed to be used as a standalone boardroom or three separate meeting rooms. The audio visual requirement was to have not only a quality set-up, but also one that allowed for minimal downtime due to the changing room configuration.
The speaker system includes a combination of ceiling, surface and pendant mounted loudspeakers. This ensures smooth zone transitions and optimised audio coverage.
Ceiling array microphones were installed to eliminate equipment clutter and for high-quality audio which had led to clear correspondence to those on a video call.
The Q-SYS Ecosystem is core to the Zespri Collaboration Solution. As part of this solution, PTZ 12x72 cameras were used to deliver high-quality video conference quality.
Zespri’s meeting rooms at their head office required versatility and dependability. New Era Technology delivered on this requirement whilst complimenting their existing architecture.
"Our board and executive can organise our multipurpose rooms to best suit their work style; things can move and change depending on the presentation style or collaborative needs of the session. Shure and QSC have removed the barriers we can now see, hear and speak from any corner of the room." - Aaron Paki – Digital Risk & Projects Lead
