New Era Technology first partnered with this client over ten years ago and this swiftly led to the deployment of a global collaboration service built on Microsoft Skype for Business.
Post Covid a more hybrid work environment was implemented, and with projects and employees ranging from London, New York, Beijing and points in between; our client decided to embrace Microsoft Teams. Having realised the importance of being able to deliver a seamless work environment that reflects the expectations a hybrid workforce now has, we teamed up with them again.
New Era worked closely with the client team and provided full consultancy on the project, resulting in two possible solutions. A full on-site proof of concept enabled the customer to select the preferred solution from end-user feedback.
Once a solution was selected the process of migrating some 60 meeting rooms onto Microsoft Teams Rooms could begin. Again, this project reached across the globe with New Era providing full professional services to ensure a seamless transition whilst, importantly, ensuring no interruption of service. The project was successfully completed and allows our client full visibility with real-time remote monitoring and management of the devices and New Era’s on-site support services when required.
This customer is now empowered with a multi-location unified communication strategy that supports hybrid working across the globe while providing improved connectivity between office-based and remote workers as well as partners.
